Eligibility for Returns

You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care items.

How to Return

Please contact our support team before returning an item. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
